Who it is for.
For the head of infrastructure who runs a private cloud, has workloads drifting into public clouds account by account, and must show the board and the regulator that every account sits under one set of controls, that placement was decided on numbers, and that any provider can be left. Sized for two sites 40 km apart, one primary and one secondary public cloud, 120 workloads in public cloud by 2028.
What is in, what is out.
In: the landing zone in each public cloud; private connectivity from both sites to each cloud and between clouds; one address and name plan; on-premises extensions; sovereign placement; FinOps data and the placement decision; exit. Out: the private-cloud pods, the WAN, zero-trust user access, GPU clusters and application refactoring.

No. It names rules it helps a buyer meet, such as SEC Rule 17a-4. The buyer's assessor decides compliance, and Symbeeo holds no certification.
