A migration or a cloud renewal? We integrate the links and the way out.
We design, supply, integrate and support private links, one sign-in and one set of controls across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with Equinix and Akamai where they fit. We write an exit before you sign: one workload exported and restored, time and cost recorded.¹

Cloud Blueprint: two facilities, dedicated ports to each cloud.
- 01
30 days to export your data
A workload’s data is exported and restored. Pass: within 30 days, record kept.⁵
- 02
3 seconds to the surviving path
Traffic is designed to move to the surviving path in 3 seconds or less.³
- 03
Checked every 24 hours
Every 24 hours the live setup is compared with the code.³
Public cloud storage is refused.⁴
What we supply.
Private, encrypted links from both sites to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and one sign-in across all of them.²

- Yes: one shape in every cloud, built from code.
- Guardrails first. Region limits, no public storage and encryption are in force before an account’s first workload.
- Checked daily. Every 24 hours the live setup is compared with the code.

- Traffic is designed to move to the surviving path in 3 seconds or less.
- Encrypted links. All traffic between your edge and the cloud is encrypted with AES-256.
- Committed capacity. At least 10 Gbps committed per site per cloud.

- Only in the countries you approve.
- Zero copies outside. No copy of regulated data, backup or log sits outside approved places.
- Scored for sovereignty. Each placement is assessed on the EU framework’s eight objectives.

- Yes, with a tested exit plan for every critical workload. Under 1% of customers switch cloud provider each year.⁷ UK regulator, July 31, 2025.
- Data Act timing. Two months’ notice at most, a 30-day transition, switching charges abolished from January 12, 2027.
- One cost dataset. At least 95% of each month’s spend is tied to a named owner.
- What we check. What it costs and how long it takes to move your data out of each provider, at your volume.

- One fire. 120,000 services affected.⁸ OVHcloud, March 10, 2021: a fire at one of its four Strasbourg data centers. In its April 23 update, it estimated 120,000 services fully or partly affected.
- Our line, not the source’s. A full copy of your data sits away from this provider’s systems, and a restore from it has been tested.

- Paths and regions are failed on purpose.
- Path failover.⁵ A circuit is cut. Pass: traffic on the surviving path within 3 seconds.
- Recovery.⁵ A workload is recovered elsewhere. Pass: at most 15 minutes of data lost; running within 4 hours.

- Guardrails and the exit plan each have a test.
- Guardrails.⁵ Three forbidden actions are tried. Pass: all three refused.
- Exit.⁵ A workload’s data is exported and restored. Pass: within 30 days, record kept.

One circuit cut
A circuit is cut. Pass: traffic on the surviving path within 3 seconds.⁵
15 minutes at most
The most data a recovery may lose.⁵
Running within 4 hours
From failure to the workload running again.⁵
10 Gbps committed
At least 10 Gbps committed per site per cloud.³
23 tests
Each test has a written pass mark.⁵
For the head of infrastructure who must prove to board and regulator that every account sits under one set of controls.
Providers serving the EU can be left on the Data Act’s terms.
Every workload placed by its score: cost, latency, residency, exit.
