Who it is for.
For the head of infrastructure who has chosen a platform and now has to get it into two rooms, onto the network and under load without an outage the business notices, and hand operations a record they can run from. Sized for 28 servers, 4 top-of-rack switches and 4 racks into existing rooms, 250 virtual machines migrated in a six-hour Saturday window.
What is in, what is out.
In: site survey; receipt; staging and integration; rack-and-stack; cabling and its test; configuration from a source of truth; cutover and migration; decommissioning and media sanitization; handover and hypercare. Out: choosing the platform, facility construction, the design being installed, and operations after hypercare.

No. It names rules it helps a buyer meet, such as the HIPAA Security Rule. The buyer's assessor decides compliance, and Symbeeo holds no certification.
